Community Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions of the CastleEvents Community
Effective Date: March 1, 2026
Operator: Anexus AG, Industriestrasse 47, 6300 Zug, Switzerland
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern membership in the exclusive online community at www.castleevents.com. The community serves as a platform for anonymous exchange among members and for the preparation of events. The events themselves are subject to separate participation terms.
2. Registration and Contract Conclusion
By registering and accepting these Terms & Conditions, the membership contract is concluded subject to successful email verification. The user must provide complete and truthful information (at least one valid email address). Only the chosen username (pseudonym) is visible to other members.
The contract becomes effective only after successful verification of the provided email address. The operator reserves the right to reject the registration at its sole discretion without stating reasons or to suspend or terminate it later.
3. Types of Membership and Services
The following memberships are currently available (current details and prices are listed on the website):
-
Couple Membership
-
Lady Membership
-
Gentleman Membership
-
Premium Membership
Membership grants access to the community and selected benefits. It does not entitle members to participate in any specific events.
4. Payment and Automatic Renewal
The membership fee is due in advance. All payments are processed via secure and certified payment service providers. In the event of a failed payment or chargeback, a flat compensation of CHF 50.– may be charged.
Membership automatically renews for the chosen term (6 or 12 months) unless it is cancelled by email to info@castleevents.com at least three (3) months prior to expiry. After the minimum term, membership may be cancelled at any time with a notice period of two (2) months.
5. Rights and Obligations of Members
Membership is personal and non-transferable. Access credentials must be kept strictly confidential.
Members undertake to behave respectfully, decently and with absolute discretion. A “No” from another member must always be respected.
Inappropriate behaviour, spam, advertising, offers of prostitution or breaches of confidentiality may result in immediate exclusion from the community.
6. Confidentiality
All information concerning the community, other members, event locations and platform content is strictly confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties. This also applies to images and videos. Exceptions are permitted only with the operator’s express written consent or where required by law.
7. Liability and Availability
Use of the community is at the user’s own risk. The operator assumes no liability for uninterrupted availability of the platform, for content posted by other members, or for indirect damages (to the extent permitted by law).
8. Termination of Membership
In the event of cancellation by the user or exclusion by the operator, there shall be no refund of membership fees already paid (not even on a pro-rata basis). Upon termination, the profile will be deleted to the extent legally possible.
9. Data Protection, Amendments and Final Provisions
Data protection is governed by the separate Privacy Policy, which is available on the website.
The operator reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. Amendments will be notified to members by email and shall be deemed accepted if not objected to in writing within four (4) weeks of notification. In the event of an objection, membership shall end at the next regular termination date.
Swiss law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Zug, to the extent legally permissible.
Event Participation Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions for Participation in CastleEvents Events
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Organizer: Anexus AG, Industriestrasse 47, 6300 Zug, Switzerland
Important Notice:
These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to the Community Terms & Conditions. They must be accepted separately for each event booking or application. Membership and event participation are separate services.
1. Scope and Contract Conclusion
These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and participation in events. The contract is concluded only upon acceptance by the organizer (order confirmation or invoicing).
2. Separation of Membership and Event
Membership in the community and participation in events are separate services. Purchasing a membership does not entitle the member to participate in any specific events. Membership provides access to the community and selected benefits, but does not guarantee access to any particular event.
3. Booking, Application and Admission Procedure
Anonymity in the community: Only the pseudonym is required on the website.
Admission and verification procedure for events: In order to maintain the high standards of aesthetics, quality, respect and the exclusive nature of the event, CastleEvents conducts a special verification process for event bookings. CastleEvents reserves the right to request additional information from applicants within the admission or selection procedure to verify suitability and seriousness. This data will be used exclusively for the internal selection and verification process and for the execution of the event and will not be made publicly visible on the website.
The organizer may reject any application at its sole discretion without stating reasons. In this case, the amount already paid will be refunded in full; further claims are excluded.
Couple bookings require one woman and one man. The booking person is liable for all named persons.
Age restriction: Participation is permitted only for persons who have reached the age of 18.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due in advance. All payments are processed via secure and certified payment service providers. The invoice amount is clearly and fully stated. In the event of a failed payment or chargeback, a flat compensation of CHF 50.– may be charged.
Payments are made in advance for clearly defined services. We place great importance on transparency.
5. Cancellation by the Participant
The booking of an event is binding. There is no legal entitlement to cancellation, rebooking or refund.
CastleEvents endeavours to act fairly and customer-friendly. In the case of cancellations notified at least 60 days before the event, we will review fair solutions on a case-by-case basis (e.g. credit note or rebooking to another event). However, there is no legal claim to such solutions.
6. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (in particular official orders, pandemics, travel restrictions, lockdowns, natural disasters, terrorist attacks or other unforeseeable and unavoidable events beyond the control of CastleEvents), CastleEvents reserves the right to postpone, adapt, cancel or replace the event with an equivalent substitute event.
-
In the case of postponement or a substitute event within 24 months, the ticket remains valid. Any claim for refund is excluded.
-
In the case of complete cancellation without replacement, the paid amount will be issued as a credit for future CastleEvents events. The credit is valid for 24 months from the originally planned event date and expires thereafter without compensation.
Further claims, in particular for damages (e.g. travel, accommodation or other consequential costs), are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
7. NDA and Confidentiality
For certain events, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be signed on site. By booking, the participant agrees to sign this NDA upon arrival at the event venue.
In addition, the general confidentiality obligations from the Community Terms & Conditions apply.
8. Conduct at the Event, Dress Code, Photos and Recordings
Compliance with the dress code (including Venetian masks), house rules and Swiss law is mandatory.
-
Respectful behaviour, responsible alcohol consumption, and a strict ban on drugs, prostitution and paid sexual acts are required.
-
The carrying and use of mobile phones, cameras or any other recording devices is strictly prohibited on the entire event premises.
-
Such devices may be handed in to the reception team for safe storage.
-
Participants must sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) on site before entering the event. Any breach of confidentiality or the provisions of the NDA will result in immediate exclusion from the event without refund and may lead to further legal consequences and claims for damages.
9. Liability
Participation in the event is at the participant’s own risk. CastleEvents assumes no liability for additional costs such as travel or accommodation.
Liability for items brought by participants (including handed-in devices) is excluded unless the damage was caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of the organizer.
The liability of the organizer is limited – to the extent legally permitted – to twice the paid event price. Mandatory statutory liability (in particular for personal injury, intent and gross negligence) remains unaffected.
10. Final Provisions
Amendments to these Terms & Conditions will be published on the website. Swiss law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Zug, to the extent legally permissible.
Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
